Agents of Mayhem is what happens when you take the over-the-top chaos of Saints Row, crank it up even further, and throw in a bunch of Saturday morning cartoon-style superheroes. It’s a wild, dumb, and surprisingly fun open-world action game where you switch between a squad of misfit agents, each with their own abilities, to take down the evil LEGION. The combat is fast, the humor is hit-or-miss, and the world—while not as lively as Steelport—still offers plenty of explosions and mayhem (pun fully intended). It’s not the most polished or deep game out there, but if you’re in the mood for mindless fun, it delivers.
In Agents of MAYHEM, you run a no-holds barred operation against a shadowy super-villain organization known only as LEGION and their mysterious leader, the Morningstar. You play as a variety of Super Agents – each with their own distinct look, personality, weapons, and skills. Explore the city of Seoul to rout out LEGION operatives and their vile plans to take over the world. MAYHEM’s Agents have a license to do what the hell they want, so long as they do whatever it takes to grow the agency and ultimately defeat LEGION.
